Sheikh Mujibur Rahman (শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান); (17 Mar 1920 – 15 Aug 1975). He served as the 1st President of Bangladesh and later Prime Minister of Bangladesh from Mar 1971 until his assassination in Aug 1975. He is considered the driving force behind the independence of Bangladesh. He popularly known under the title of Bangabandhu (Friend of Bengal).
